The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) assists the Metropolitan Planning Organization by providing input to the transportation planning process that reflects the citizens' views and attitudes. CAC members represent a general cross section of the citizens of Sarasota and Manatee counties including the cities within the counties.

CAC meetings are held at 5 PM in the main conference room at the MPO Office located at 8100 15th Street East, Sarasota. The MPO occasionally has special meetings which will be posted on this website. The public are always welcome and are encouraged to participate during the public input portion of all meetings.
